Sein agreed to translate and transcribe a 20 min audio interview. We received the document and I made the mistake of releasing the funds before we looked at the document in depth, this is because I did not want Sein to be out of pocket as I knew we were not due to look at the doc until a week later. Sein agreed that we could speak with him should we have any problems.

We found the doc is riddled with incoherent sentences and had not been timecoded as we had asked multiple times. Here is an example of his work "I think that Japan and China are nearly becoming nearly so in the meaning as it has come to incorporate the replication technology that makes full use of digital." When we questioned why he had not followed instruction or why he had translated all the audio incorrectly, he became very defensive, dismissive and claimed he did not understand why we were unhappy.

Sein is very inexperienced and clearly under-qualified. He is most definitely not a professional translator who is used to working on large scale projects.

Do not be fooled by his CV or 2x references on PPH.
