Friendly and helpful, in general pretty ok but too many errors in spelling and the English output needed defenitely to be corrected by a native speaker to make it usable as end product. The sync of the subs could be better, more precise, placement of phrases and they way phrases are split could be improved. Though if you're looking for a rough translation I recommend Nour.
