I am disappointed to say the least that this buyer has chosen to leave such poor feedback. Having spent over 6 hours trying to decipher his muddled notes and ideas on trying to save the planet with his plastic toys, I have in effect worked for nothing. To add insult to injury, when I had handed over the finished piece, Cristian decided to utterly alter the tenet of his brief and expected me to re-write the entire project without additional payment. I would suggest before trying to save the planet, he considers the slave labour he has used along the way. In all my 20 years of copywriting and my 30 years of professional work I have never met anyone who is so confused about their company and their brand or more anyone who is more spiteful when the issue was entirely their problem. I understand that he may have had difficulty expressing himself in English as a second language but this is no excuse for such a spiteful review when I bent over backwards to help him.
