I'm sorry you feel one typo in a 2,000 word document is a disappointment. This project was unusual in that Siuha had personally written a lengthy sales agreement already. As English is not her first language my job was to inject some punch into the sentences and simplify the overall nature of the message. It took many more revisions than I offer as standard due to changing parameters and further material being sent mid-way through the project (which I happily accommodated) and we got there in the end. Good luck with the new business.
