Louisa did the job to a satisfactory level. I miss the WOW effect as I gave the content myself and that was just rather proof-read and re-worded and grammar issues corrected. But no real added value was present. Great communicator at the beginning, slowed down towards the end. Last 2 messages hadn't been responded to at all. Very far from a bad experience, but much better. And far from an excellent experience too. Perfectly ordinary. I think Louisa is an excellent writer, she just didn't put the heart into my project this time.
