Omagh, GBgot what I asked for, wasn't aware it was being based on a word count basis for revisions but prompt service. Thanks
Lex B.
The proposal you were sent clearly stipulated a word count - and you accepted this proposal for me to begin work. The proposal is the basis for the job and I'm afraid if it hasn't been read by the Buyer, there is little I can do about it.
I messaged twice to clarify details but received no response, so continued on with the work.
I wrote two pieces of copy that took you within 10 words of the stipulated word count. You didn't ask for any amends on this but instead asked for a third piece of work - which would have taken you to 150% of the job's capacity, for free. It is against PPH's terms and conditions to request free work and so I did not supply it. I did, however, write you a paragraph to insert into the existing emails out of good will.
I asked again if you would like anything else doing on this job and you responded to say no. Therefore I find this feedback unfair and not reflective of the job - for which I went over and above requirements.
