    Summary: After finishing my degree, I worked in Human Resources and administrative roles for 10 years. Next, I switched over to web design for 5 years.

    For the past 6+ years I have been at home, raising my child (most challenging job yet)!

    Description: Working as part of the Knowledge Management team, I was responsible for consulting with different departments to assess their requirements for the company intranet, after which I would design, build and maintain their web pages. Also responsible for home page design and content, and travelling throughout the UK to train various individuals on editing their sites.

    Description: My job consisted of taking documents (i.e. Word, Quark) submitted by our clients and converting them to HTML and XML for our website, mostly by hand-coding. DeepCanyon was a start-up dot.com (branched out from our original employer, Hewlett Packard) which went out of business after our 2nd round of venture capital could not be obtained.

      I thoroughly enjoyed working with Kristen, she is very reliable, dedicated to the task and a very fast typist who pays particular attention to detail while working without any errors. She is thorough in using all tools available to her and went beyond the mere task of a transcribing by researching (even translating) unclear terms to produce a product that reflects the highest quality.
