I thoroughly enjoyed working with Kristen, she is very reliable, dedicated to the task and a very fast typist who pays particular attention to detail while working without any errors. She is thorough in using all tools available to her and went beyond the mere task of a transcribing by researching (even translating) unclear terms to produce a product that reflects the highest quality. Her excellent communications skills made me feel comfortable and it was a pleasure to work with her.
