Comms were poor to non-existent. Failed to respond for half a business day. Failed to meet the deadline. What John sent as a "finalised transcript" required extensive correction and amendment, such that it would have been quicker for me to have transcribed the document personally. I have worked with many excellent freelancers on here, but sadly John isn't one of them. I couldn't recommend John. Have thought long and hard about leaving negative feedback, but as it is often the deciding factor I thought it important to be honest.

A very unfortunate experience with an unreasonable buyer. I will only add: I was one hour over the deadline, and my rate of error was <0.004%. I would have liked to do better, but this is hardly worth such a poor review. I apologised for both, and proposed a fee reduction accordingly.
