    A former Vice Principal of a College and part time Ofsted Inspector, my background is in teacher education and performance management.

    I deliver a range of professional courses including Level 3 PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector) and Level 3 TSP (Training Skills and Practice) programmes. I deliver a wide range of specialised in-house programmes to businesses and organisations and I have extensive executive and senior management experience. I work with private companies delivering accredited and tailor-made training and I provide specialist business management support to a wide range of sectors including health and social care; hospitality and catering; construction and engineering and business and legal services. My work with the public sector includes a regional CVS group, a Trust school, a local authority and a newly GP consortium

    I have a 'can-do' approach to working with clients and my philosophy is to help organisations and people be the best they can be.

    Summary: I have several years experience of managing and leading teams. I am well qualified and have extensive senior leadership and management experience. I have a good honours degree, a Masters degree plus a host of professional qualifications including a professional legal qualification, Postgraduate Diploma in employment law. I am an accredited mediator with an OCN practice certificate. From 2005-2008, I was an Associate Inspector with Nord Anglia Inspections.

    I am a business management and training consultant offering specialist advice, guidance and support to private and public companies in a range of areas, in particular business planning, project management, employment law, human resources, specialised management and staff training. This builds on my previous experience as an executive/senior manager, held for over eighteen years in the public sector.
