City of London, GBUnfortunately it didn't work out after several attempts. When we acknowledged this I sought a refund but Anneka said " I think I completed the job as described and delivered a good piece of work."
When I finally rewrote it myself Anneka said "I can only apologise that I couldn't provide what you needed" and yet I still ended up paying for it.Anneka D.
Hi Ad, I am really sorry you've felt the need to reply this way. After I sent the revision you did say you were happy to reverse your refund, had you have remained unhappy of course I would have issued it to you. I did provide you with the brief as described and as I said in the work stream it still felt what you wanted was in a lot more depth and a lot more specific than you specified previously. This does happen from time to time with copywriting and we simply weren't a match. I still provided you with good quality work and I also offered you revisions. The reason pph cancelled the refund was because they read on the work stream that you were happy to cancel it, you just said you didn't know how.
As I say I am sorry about everything not working out and I have learnt from the experience. I wish you all the best for the future :)
