I enjoyed working with Alison on my first book. She was professional and approachable. I admire her strong will in putting her feet down to make me see the sense in allowing more time so she can do a better job when I was trying to set a deadline. She compromised for the 'lost' time by working on weekend on my project.

Her response rate is superb. And she is good at what she does. - My stubborn self has gone against some of her suggestions (Just so I can say i'm stubborn) but her suggestions and attention to detail is spot on.
