    APAC Marketing and Communications Manager
    In addition to overseeing the majority of the communications role below. In January 2015 I was appointed to take on the head of marketing role for APAC. Responsible for leading strategy, budget management, delivery and management of the APAC marketing programme across five territories. This role is responsible for the recruitment and management of local marketing executives in each region and is accountable to APAC COOs and local MDs. This role is pending relocation to Singapore 2015.
    Key Achievements:
    - Rolled out a refresh of our go to market programme across APAC in 2015 including, engaging senior stakeholders, coaching local marketing teams to deliver training in marketing automation and email communications and data strategy.
    - Assisted our Australian office in launching their first ever Women in Leadership paid event (revenue in excess of $44k) and research paper - further cementing our innovation in this space as a market leader
    - Ensured greater cohesion of APAC marketing teams with our global teams by introducing new processes around communication and work-flow
    - Led our Award enteries for APAC, this year we have been nominated for 5 APAC Global Recruiter APAC Awards including 'Best Marketing Campaign' and 'Best use of Social Media' which are two areas I have led on for the business.
    - Increased our PR and Media coverage with 97 pieces of coverage across APAC in H1 2015.

    Global Communications and Social Media Consultant/ Global Communications Manager
    Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Director and Transformation Board Director, I provide consultancy services around candidate awareness and retention as part of a wider business transformation and change programme. In 2014 this role was revised to include responsibility for overseeing Social Media, Public Relations and Content for the group. I have one direct report and co-ordinate further freelance content suppliers and agency support as well as communicate the global strategy objectives and supervise its implementation to the global marketing team across nine countries.
    Key projects include:
    Content Strategy - advising on and developing content strategy across nine candidate centric websites, one client site and one careers site.
    Social Media Innovation - I am responsible for devising the corporate social media strategy, outlining policy and advising on best practice. This includes communicating the strategy at board level and also on an operational and execution level to local marketing heads and executives.
    Achievements include identifying internal requirement for training and process refinement across the corporate use of LinkedIn which has resulted in substantial revenue generation and community size increase.
    Global PR - Managing a global PR programme. Responsible for restructure of Global PR function for the group. Achievements include successfully reducing the PR budget spend by over 60% by hiring an in-house resource whilst exceeding levels of activity in terms of coverage, commencement of an APAC training programme and consolidating a single communications plan for 2015.
    Events - Creation of a global events programme, this includes supporting other team members to execute. Our events programme has been well received internally and externally. A recent online event secured 1089 registrations, which represented a 100% increase over our previous event.
    Internal Communications: Data Centre Launch - Working with the senior team to communicate the launch of a new offshore service centre. Also working directly with the team to ensure adherence to social media policy.

    Astute Limited /Socially Astute (Technology and Marketing) – September 2013 - February 2014 - Head of Community Management and Operations
    Socially Astute is an on-demand social media service for technology companies. This was a six month contract where I was hired as head of community management /operations on a project basis to launch the new service. The main responsibilities of the role were to manage operations and communicate and co-ordinate the service offering to a sales team of 12.
    Fenton LLP (Leadership and Career Coaching) - March 2013 - September 2013 - Marketing Consultant
    Consultancy project with leadership and relationship management coach Ciaran Fenton. Ciaran offers executive level coaching to senior professionals and c-suite leaders in high growth and FTSE listed organisations. My role was to develop a robust marketing and communications programme to increase brand awareness.
    Cezanne Software (Talent Management Software) - September 2011 - April 2012 - Social Media and Digital Marketing Consultant
    Developing a communications and content strategy for the launch of a SAAS HR platform. Critical to this was the ability to communicate a technical product offering to a specific set of audiences and recommend a multiplatform campaign as well as communicating this to internal and external stakeholders. After 6 months’ successful implementation, the results justified recruiting a full time resource in-house.

    Big Hand Digital Dictation (technology – Social media and digital consultant - Big Hand needed to communicate to their existing customers to generate user registrations for their annual conference and engage attendees. The communications and content programme developed for them saw signups increase by 50% (Y-on-Y) and there were over 100 positive comments on social media during the conference alone. The conference was the most successful yet generating the highest number of reported sales from a user conference. As a result social media activity will be included in all future conferences.

There was a substantial increase in web traffic and membership to the site grew by 79%.

    I was responsible for co-ordinating and planning all PR and related activities. I introduced Redline to social media strategies. The company has now implemented social for various clients and are now seen as one of the leading agencies in Southern Spain.
