Beauty/cosmetics target media list creation

I run a small PR consultancy and I need someone with recent experience of pitching to UK journalists (staff and freelance and also ideally bloggers) in the beauty/cosmetics/(health, body etc.) space. The ideal candidate could have been pitching products, treatments or issues-based material, ideally to media consumed by women aged 35+

The basic brief is to recommend a comprehensive list of targets, tailored to the client (a chain of outlets launching soon). I would expect the right candidate to:

1. Have the level of knowledge to immediately reel off 10-15 suitable targets and
2. Be able to find 20-30 more by consulting their recent contact lists or call rounds and
3. Be able to think laterally about other relevant publications/sections
4. Provide advice regarding the angle of the pitch

I don't expect the above to take more than a day.

Depending on the candidate's experience, availability, cost and demonstrable relationships with targets I could require further active involvement on a callround although a prime purpose of the exercise is to accelerate our own familiarity with the area. Subsequent to a successful launch there could be involvement in developing the ongoing plan.
