London, GBStay away from this. He will cancel the order or just say he wont deliver on the day of the deadline. And if you completely relied on his customer service and professional approach, forget it. Or he will demand a payment in full (so I had to lie I got the files and was happy) so he may then send something. He will take his time, hours or a day to deliver something, but you have to remind him to send correct files or to actually include the subtitles you asked for. PPH - how do you allow these people like Sam to offer service here? Shocking!!

I am surprised you would even leave a review. First off, the job description did not give any specifics about the job so I asked you to message me- you did not, you just accepted my proposal which I asked you not too and then you got angry when I tried charging you more because of the actual job. When I explained to you that your translation is full of errors and told you I would refund you because you refused to pay extra, you wrote so much nasty stuff that I did not even bother replying. Then when the refund was being processed, you changed your mind and said you wanted the files I had worked on. I told you I could only raise an invoice now and not send a proposal because the refund was being processed- YOU AGREED- then I gave you the files. " He will take his time"- no, I had to render 4 videos and upload 7.5GB total on google drive, of course it will take time... It's people like you that are ruining PeoplePerHour, you don't specify nothing in your job description but then when we want to change the budget to fit the job accordingly you insult the buyer then have the gal of leaving me a bad review.
