We had a great experience. We had originally started down the path with another provider, but they continually demonstrated a lot of sloppiness by not reading the brief and finally asking for 3 additional days (well beyond when my client needed it). MikeToon responded to an "Urgent!" call and quickly powered through every aspect of the brief and was super-responsive through the whole process...all while having two fewer days to work than the original vendor. When the final version came through, they quickly turned around some major changes I had informed the client would be unlikely to happen so late. They took a long list of changes small and large and did them all. They were incredibly quick learners covering an industry they had no previous experience with too. Superb.
