The design Vortex come up with was very sleek and everyone who has seen the website loves it! Amazing job and I will be using them again in the future for many more projects to come. It's no coincidence they are the best rated web design company on PPH.

London, GBAbsolutely disgusted by the service provided by Vortex. Initially, judging by the size of the company and number of positive reviews I was under the impression the job would be completed on time to an acceptable standard. Boy was I wrong.
The project was awarded on the 10th January 2020 and it is currently 29th May 2020 and Vortex has still not completed my project. The timeline they originally gave was 10-14 days! You can imagine my frustration. COVID-19 brought the lockdown in India on the 25th of March hence the problem was not an uncontrollable disaster like they claim but an incompetent team.
Finally, after much delay when most of the work was completed on a staging site, it slowed down the entire site drastically to a point making it unusable. So not only have these cowboys taken 5 months to not complete all the work they have caused damage to the pre-existing site! When approached they had the audacity to request more money to fix a problem they had created. However, the only difference between the live site and the staging site were the changes Vortex had made thus the problem was clearly an issue from their side. In addition to this, another issue they created was with the header of my site. Part of the original job were to have some changes made to the site’s header. Vortex made these changes, only for the header not to display correctly across different mobile devices with important icons like the ‘menu’ missing! The header does not even display correctly on Chrome’s ‘inspect mode’ when mobile view is selected. Their response to this, "inspect mode is a developer tool used by developers and the code was done in JavaScript". They failed to understand that a properly coded job would not have resulted in this problem. Any half decent site I have ever come across on the internet works correctly whether its viewed on any mobile device or on ‘inspect mode.’
Recently for over a month now, they have just been fixing glitches that they keep creating on the staging site. After nearly 5 months for a 2-week job I have given up now. I have had to ignore these 2 issues and will now have to go elsewhere to have these issues fixed. I would have to pay another company to fix this for me on top of the amount I paid Vortex.
I would strongly recommend anyone considering working with these cowboys to reconsider. There are quite a few better more suitable alternatives out there. You have been warned.
