Out of over 30 proposals, Victor's proposal clearly showed me he had understood the job and was able to communicate clearly. This was a relief to see as many proposals I got were generic and claimed to understand my requirements whereas they had not.

Still, to confirm his understanding I asked him to prepare a sample which he did promptly and which exceeded my expectations. I was happy to give him the project despite him being new to the website based on the sample he produced.

The first draft was of excellent quality and he took on board my feedback points very positively. He worked hard to collect the information from various sources and did not complain about the format of the source data I had provided and instead got on with the job.

He also provided me with a .html file as a bonus which was very nicely prepared and meant I could send it to people to view on their mobile devices which did not have excel.

As the project went along I would change my mind slightly or update the information which meant he had to almost re-do the work in some cases. Again, there were no complains and I felt like we were working together as a team.

The value of the deliverables I received exceeds the price I paid. I would recommend Victor to increase his prices to reflect the job he does. Of course this is difficult to do so on such a competitive site but I urge those who award him projects to price it fairly as the work is of a very good and high quality.

I highly recommend Victor and look forward to working with him again in future.
