St. Louis, MO, USThe work was not completed properly. Goldi simply copy and pasted the code template into my WordPress without figuring out how to apply the variables. I am left with my pages showing the same reviews for every product. Very dissatisfied.

I've implemented the code as per the reviews documentation. Confirmed the same with the review developers too. The reviews are showing up correctly on the product pages.
That is how it is to be implemented. You need to understand the technicality behind it.
