Sharif did an excellent job. He was very patient under very difficult circumstances and went above and beyond to try to help and resolve a really tricky situation. He kept calm at all times and retained a very polite attitude, even when I was getting a little frustrated with the turn of events when things were not working (nothing to do with himself). I would definitely recommend him if you are having any kind of technical issues.
