Denver, CO, USI do not understand how pph can allow hourlies to get paid when they have not done any work, should not they be required to at least attest to have finished a job before allowing them to rise an invoice? This guy is unprofessional, unethical, who likes to get paid for doing absolutely nothing!! Basically a scammer along with pph. Very poor website to do business with. It will certainly open the door to hourlies rising invoices to get paid when they have not done any work. Never doing business here again!!

Noe asked for a Wordpress website, then 1 year later asked for the website to be completely changed for a new concept, to which I stated that this was a new project which would be chargeable.
Disappointed with Noe. Would not recommend to do business with in future.
