Complete Disaster I am pending for a $100 refund please if PPH sees this issue a refund.
He sold me on a : PSD personalised website, template I would choose from, basic SEO, support and progress I would see. After paying. I got a Wordpress website and saw this only once he connected the site to my hosting plan live. I didnt choose from any template. There was no SEO I had to do it all myself there was just basic plugin. My deadline was July 5th he made me raise the invoice said he would than make the amendments 6 days later and was on holiday. The website had wrong telephone number, wrong company name I told him to change a week before. I begged him to remove the old company name because I can get a lawsuit. He didnt. I asked him to change pictures he didnt. I spent 48 hours struggling begging him trying to change the phone number and pictures on the website rather than launching my company and he ignored me. An api link was to be integrated and he wrongly integrated it. It looked very bad it was glitching and the website kept going down. He copy pasted content on a wordpress theme site and added a few icons and wanted to charge me $400. He left me stranded after my deadline launch replying 24-48 hours later. It ended up costing me double. Its been a complete nightmare. He was slow on any requests for basic work. I asked for a refund for $200 he cooperated. Now I am asking for $100 he agreed to pay back. If PPH sees this please refund $100 back to me. I honestly think I should be refunded $150. He left me with a terrible theme, stranded me with a live website that was not a psd with wrong information everywhere I was begging him to change because it was live and people can see it. This has affected my first impression to clients and I had to change all my publicity due to this set back. He said he needed 6 days to fix. I found people on PPH to fix the site in a few hours. In the end he tells me to remember him in my prayers and reversed psychology. If PPH reads this please refund me. I feel ripped off I was deserted with a big mess. I dont recommend working with him and hope he will cooperate to issue my refund or PPH can help. This has been a major loss of money and time for my company and I have not launched yet.
