Nice enough person and understood the spec well, however execution was flawed. Things were handed over without testing and there were major bugs. Asked for payment to be released before project was completed and unfortunately his work slowed down to a snails pace after this. Needed to transfer the development to another developer as we were spending too long in troubleshooting the work when he should have been doing it.

It pains me to give Michael 5 Stars. He is brilliant, but the better the reviews he gets the less time he'll have for me.
