I hate to give poor references but this is one occasion where it is needed. Robert is new to the site and doesn't understand how it works. He is also new to freelancing and does not understand how to relate to clients.

This was a simple job, Robert made some suggestions and, all of a sudden, a simple job became expensive.

To this point, I have seen nothing, other than invoices for fees. He has been paid in full for work which has not been completed.

Robert, I know that you will try to suggest that, somehow, I am at fault, but the Proposal was very clear and you have not done what you should have done.

The proposal was to setup a theme to a final revision standard this was done and the customer asked to change themes and this would require more time and extra cost. Waiting months and months to get paid, no organisation was presented and the guy expect work to be done for nothing. This is not how i work nor will do. Was very aggressive down the phone.
