Richmond, GBI strongly advise any company needing a fully functional and customised Joomla online store NOT to engage this freelancer. He delivered a store that needs additional work, missed his agreed delivery date by 20 days. We have had to turn the project over to another programmer.

I consider this the cheapest client ever. I was the 2nd developer he hired for the same project after he disagreed with SecureNet on this same forum on the final deliverable. She had not even set the intial escrow until much later after the dispute had been escalated to PPH, and still i had worked on her project. Customer wanted a Joomla/Virtuemart store and upon agreement as per the project specs and bid price, she kept adding more custom items; features, functions, etc but did not want to pay for them. I did some of them and when i said i was not going to handle any more customization beyond the original project specs without a new contract or additional payments, she got upset and threatened to get another developer. After adding additional work to the project with no payment, she still expected the project to be completed within the previously stated time-frame! She did not want to pay until site was transferd to her server (not even escrow deposit). I had to send a message to PPH to follow up and verify if in actuality what she had listed was not delivered and that they organize for her to make the payments before site transfer. even then, she paid only a portion of what was agreed on even though more work had been done than listed. PPH eventually released the funds. I fell prey to her after her deals with SecureNet and would advice anyone accepting work from her to consult SecureNet to verify as well. If you are looking for a good faith client, i suggest you look elsewhere. Consider, this at the end of the project, before the payment dispute came up, she even commented on her new site 'The site looks beautiful!'. and I have emails as proof which where forwarded to PPH at time of dispute. Shame Ms. Tina!
