Exceptionally well. In terms of communication, value for money, technical knowledge, and delivery, Patrick is unprecedented. And it's a problematic market, I fired six prior to him simply because ... in any SME build errors will be made and mostly unwittingly on the customers behalf. And the last person you want to be dealing with when doing ok in your own industry and sort of know what you want and don't speak the lingo but we all surf the net, is a one trick phoney or someone disappeared up their own PHP coding arse.
