Murshid is a nice person and he tried hard, communication became problematic due to his level of english. The template was not to the quality or standard we had hoped and he made it clear he was not creative or a designer so had to be briefed exactly how we wanted the template laid out step by step. He is hardworking and we managed to get there in the end.
