I had asked Michael to optimise my website to make it quicker. However, what he did was make my website irresponsive and customers were unable to order at a busy peak time just as a HUGE social media influencer had posted about our products online. It took him a while to fix what he had broken. My site then has numerous other issues so I refuse to pay. However I pay and now find that he has placed a bug on my website! I am completely distressed and concerned at this persons intentions and his inability to do his job. As soon as I agreed to pay him due to him actually putting in many hours to resolve the issues that HE created he began to ignore my messages and this is when the bug was discovered. I am disputing this issue with PPH as I need a FULL refund!
