Wandsworth, GBI am not one to leave poor reviews. When I commissioned, I was greeted with an account manager, as well as an agreement with the company itself. The team initially worked very well and hard on the project. I was thrilled by the progress (although their work required continual errata checking)I
I soon began receiving continual pressure to pay, even though the project was not completed.
Eventually, I received an e-mail, in which I was informed the team refused to continue working until I paid more money. I was stuck. As I felt reassured of by their commitment to customer satisfaction and project completion - Lexes Techologies also cited their sales policy, I paid a portion on the funds as a sign of good faith.
No work has been done since, and I am now left high and dry. It appears this company proposal was too low in order to win the job, the project overran and their accounts department pressured for payment. The result is that I am left bitterly disappointing with my experience at PeopleperHour. I am now left with a bunch of unusable code, I'm over budget. Without any recourse (as I paid!), I recommend you choose Elance or Odesk, where I have had far superior service and experience for larger projects.
