We agreed upon doing a full AWS configuration and installation instead of just FFMPEG. Below is the specification. Added extra Redis and Node.js server as per specification.

For functionality to upload videos directly from computers, FFMPEG is required on server. In particular, FFMPEG Dependencies are libmp3lame, libvpx, libtheora, libfdk-aac, libass, libfaac, libx264, libvorbis.


Please limit the ffmpeg output to 480p and PHP upload limit to 300mb
