unfortunately there is no 0 star choice so i chose 1 star. honestly, i am very disappointed because it started so well. i am not very technical but it seems that Labrador found ways to do the work very improperly. e.g. changes were made to the bootstrap css, he claimed to have written a child theme which vanished into thin air, he asked for more money for spending 6 hours on the 'mobile theme', which is very odd because the theme was already optimised for a mobile. in addition, when i kept asking where he had written the css and the child theme he just did not answer my questions and told me to forget about more money. I ended up paying him pretty much double the original bid. now i have to pay someone to do this all again. so thanks for wasting my time and money. i think - people can take advantage of you if you don't know anything technical like has happened here, so buyer beware.
