Pensacola, FL, USI wish I could say this project was a success, but as my first web development project, i am left with a larger bill to fix the issues they left than the original project. Adam and Jon are nice enough guys, but I believe their inexperience really showed on this project.
Once the final product was delivered, i was sent a final invoice which I paid with the understanding they would fix any bugs, and that was in the contract, but soon after deployment and whole plethora of errors appeared, and that was just on the consumer side.
I asked them to fix a few simple issues and they said they would but I have not heard back from them in 2 months. One simple request was to fix a picture issue squeeze issue that I requested on at least 3 separate times. That was never fixed, so I hired another developer to fix it, and it only took him 30 minutes.
Once I had an experience developer look at the code, it was determined to be a mess and the cost to fix the security issues they left are more than the original project. It was in their contract to address such issues, but they have since been non-responsive. THe project started in April, with an estimated time frame of six weeks, which was not met. I was ok with that as long as they delivered a good product, but the deadline was missed and I am left with a mess.
I understand that they may be out of budget, but they shouldn't just disappear and be non responsive.
Im sure they are ok for logos and WordPress sites, but I would go towards a more established company if development gets more in depth or involves ECommerce and security.
Lesson learned on my part, I have since found a larger more experience firm that are addressing the issues and have been doing some other projects with a much better outcome.Jon I.
We are very disappointed with this review. This is the first we have heard from Josh in a while in regards to any major bugs. We did also supply a free logo as his previous designer didn't provide a higher enough AI version of the logo.
I would like Josh to send over any code which was "a mess" so we can determine this ourselves.
Again we are very disappointed with this review as we have had no contact with Josh in regards to any major issues. The site was fully functional, it was just a case of minimal traffic to the site which wasn't within our contract to assist with.
Aside from this Josh was a great client and we are disappointed to received such a review

Gatwick, GBCant recommend Adam enough he's been great and created a fantastic website that I'm really happy with he's created something out of some terrible sketches and crazy rough ideas and made a quirky but professional website that suits my product and business perfectly. Really patient, and trust me I've really tested this ! He is still now making some of the changes that I've noticed and for that I'm really great fall. You will not find someone better to make your website nor will they work as hard to the bitter end till your completely happy , or will they put the time in. Ive been emailing back and forth with changes at midnight at times with Adam this shows how hard he works. A*
