Joe was great to work with, he was extremely helpful and was patient with me as I had a lot of other busy projects on the go so couldn't normally assist Joe quickly when he needed things from me for the work.

I received around 30 responses to my job posting for a Website Security Audit and whilst I initially identified around 5/6 to approach with more details, when Joe's response came through I knew that he was the person for the job.

Not only did he have amazing feedback from many previous projects, he also obviously understood what I wanted from my brief. Something that wasn't that clear & obvious from the many 'cut & paste' responses I received.

The work itself was delivered speedily and I was assured that I had chosen someone that is very knowledgeable and proficient in his field.

Joe was straight on top of this, he promised my website back up and running by the end of the day, low and behold around about 8pm it was, would 100% use him again, job well done.

On my websites I have form entrees and numerous times in the past, people have said they were having issues completing the form. I tested it numerous times on different browsers and its always worked, even had work colleagues and friends test the site and its always worked so I never did anything about it.

However, last week, I had 2 people state the same and again my test everything worked but something was clearly amiss. Posted the potential issues on this website and out the 20+ responses Joe’s resonated with me the most.

I accepted his proposal and he started work straight away, within the hour he had found the issue and immediately fixed it. So impressed with his ability, I asked him to go through the sites to see if there was any improvement needed. This could of been a perfect opportunity to get more work as I am clearly inexperienced in this field. But no, Joe said everything else works fine.

Then the invoice came and it was UNDER his original estimate!

Joe is clearly at the top of his game in this field, ultra efficient, honest and very knowledgable. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him and he will be my first point of call when I need assistance again. Thank you Joe!
