His communication was very good in the beginning, and was very helpful. As i cannot design my own website i expected him to take control but he didn't really satisfy me in terms of that. Deadline was meant to be in 7days 2 months has now gone by and my website has not been completed. Not sure about using this service again but he is helpful. thanks
