nice guy, good work

The guy is just taking me round and round all the time. Nothing is coming forth. He should actually be barred from this topic. He claims to be a native speaker yet he can't even understand simple instructions

The agreed delivery time was 48 hours. He did not even submit half of the images for review by that time. I gave feedback so he could work on the images but he did not do the requested changes and did not submit the other images instead requesting me to do it together with him. The whole process took over a week and only when I requested a refund I miraculously received the images a few hours later.
Please only take a job if you are sure you can finish with in the agreed time.
