Sub contracted to someone who they didn't even pay. A few weeks after this project - which was very delayed due to communication issues - I was contacted by someone who turned out to be the actual programmer who had done it - and not Swati who I thought was doing it. The programmer said he had been cheated and not paid as promised for this project. A complete mess. Avoid.

I explained about the whole situation, and thought you understood.

I was not even aware that programmer has contacted you again, although we had a communication breakup with this programmer in the initial phase only when his responsibility was over.

Atleast you should have discussed this with me again, so that i could have look into this matter.

Also for the job, we have posted now, is due to a reason, that we are looking for some collaboration as the company is growing, and we are binded with 4 major companies outward, hence for the timebeing, the solution is used.
