He did well but had a problem with meeting up with the timeline. Probably had a lot of work load. He also did his best to communicate

Very easy to deal with - will use again!

I have been working with Mufasil for over a year or maybe even 2 now. He has always been great. There have always been times I have to admit when he is busy and cannot get to my work and I have been understanding. However, this time around I am disappointed. I overpaid for work which was done in less than an hour and he charged me 4 hours because he said his expertise allows him to do stuff faster. There was then an issue and of course after 3 days of telling me I will do it tonight it was not done . Mufasil has gotten a wee bit arrogant and has forgotten it takes way less effort to treat an old customer right vs trying to lure new ones.
