We were not asked to work on SCSS. Also, the patches were not applied correctly by your team due to which we were not able to work on SCSS files. We kept communicating and updating you on the issues. We worked as per the decided strategy and even did not asked for additional money for the rework we did. I was really not hoping for a 3 star rating as we keep all the channels open. Really disappointed.
