I've been using Charles's services for 8 months now and can't recommend him highly enough. His knowledge is excellent, he is totally trustworthy and he responds to everything in a more than timely, efficient and professional manner. Charles just dealt with our Magento upgrade from 1.6 to 1.7 which wasn't easy, as we have more than a dozen extensions and highly customised template.
