Yet again, some amazing work from Awais.
No issues, just constantly supporting the project and finding solutions to problems.

Awais helped us build a fairly complex backend for an email alert system, and he delivered on the main requirements with patience and professionalism. He was responsive throughout, and honoured revision requests.

That said, a few elements of the system needed more attention to quality control, in particular, some bugs appeared that probably should’ve been caught during testing. While I would’ve appreciated a bit more ownership over those fixes, I recognise that he did put in a lot of effort and was generally reliable once engaged.

Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement. Thanks.
