Mr D contacted me 2 minutes after I posted a job on PPH. At the beginning it was few casuals’ mails probing for more info’s till we got into the nifty gritty of the task and specifications I had in mind. Mr D has showed great enthusiasm and willingness to deliver exactly as per my request. During the process I had to change the job specifications on various occasions, Mr D has showed an exemplary level of understanding in the following areas:

Professionalism, D kept an open communication channel at all times during the process by updating me in terms of the progress and how far we are to completion.

Patience, since I am not a technical guru, D kept it simple in his communications and managed to explained what he was doing / need to be done in simple terms as well as improvising his own ideas on the task to get an exquisite final result platform.

Skills, I am confident to say that D coding skill is simply ecstatic. He managed to integrate two complex themes in to one and made lots of additional coding. Basically everything I had in mind and that needed to be done, I simply ask and D delivers to expectation without failing.

Along the line, I remember I had a public holiday on my end and D also had a public holiday on his end but that did not affect the job, instead he chose to communicate openly and made arrangement to Skype at a time that would suit us both. D never kept me in the dark with regards to what’s happening in the back-end. Plain and simple… it was a journey and a good experience to work with D and I also got to know him on equally both professional and social level and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone. Matter of fact D will be starting a 2nd project for me by next week and fingers cross mid 2014 ( depending on how things goes on my end ) I might have a MAJOR and CHALLENGING task for him. I look forward to that.
