As per your suggestion, I have provided Mr. Ajay detailed feedback and he is not ready to work which you can see from the main work stream. For you reference again, you can see that all the points are based on the initial commitment , which you can see in the file Conference_1.Xlsx which was upload on 18th September, 2017 by Mr. Ajay.

This is the 2nd project with Aniket and his team while the 1st one work is still going on, but I had a very good experience with the team and I can say that so far I am very pleased with what I am getting. Keep the good work and hope to finish both projects very amazing results.
