Very good. Clearly knows his stuff which I would expect but his client management skills were a standout. Screencasts so we can learn how to do the small maintenance jobs ourselves ongoing. Regular progress updates. Swift email reply even if away from his desk or unable to work on it that moment. Highly recommended.
