London, GBSarah did a great job. Excellent communication and very personable. She was also very flexible when we needed to change our time schedule. In terms of results its a little too early to tell but we have got a good amount of quality new leads. I would confidently use Titanium again for future telesales campaigns.

Aberdeen, GBNothing changed, see attached files and inside communications between us It will prove everything. I do not have time to release it more time as I did twice. As I said read all inside communications and attached files and it will show the fact as I sent 269 contact details with phone numbers and 20 without numbers but provided all details(Company name+Address) in the right format to get it from google search straight away. Decide anyway release the money or send back or whatever the admin or you decide but I am very sorry I can't spend my time on this process. My previous rating was neutral because she is a very nice person, but I changed my mind as there is this hassle.

Not sure why this is feedback has been raised again in addition to the first, as its the same job and nothing has changed since the funds for the last invoice were released by you, then rejected by you and again reinstated and released by you again now. I have had no further changes or comments since the last invoice because the work was done the first time around, and inevitably, we still have to be paid for it. I empathise that you do not understand but I've tried to explain things as clear as I possibly can. I sincerely hope that your future work engagements are more fruitful and productive for you.

Aberdeen, GBWe asked 20 calls per day in 4 hours daily to reach customers. We supplied 140 contacts with phone number and 20 without phone number but all details were there to copy and paste to google and get the numbers straight away but we have been told "more hours were conducted on a daily basis, some more than others to be fair, as researching the numbers for all the contacts etc took extra time etc than originally planned." Basically we paid for "42hrs telesales at £13ph 840-1050 calls" and we have got 340 quick call with no close. She is very nice but she didn't make any money for our business so I would say neutral rating would be relevant.

I’m sorry to hear you are not happy and I suspect we have had a miscommunication here as I know you mentioned your English was not great and that’s why I did ask you twice if you understood everything as I was more than happy to explain things again to make sure you were 100% happy. No problem though I will explain again –
In all there were 724 calls made (each call documented has the days date so you can distinguish between each individual call and count every one of them), this was less than the 840-1050 calls advertised for this package because you asked us to research the 200+ numbers (not 20) for each record on your additional campaign. I did explain that this then takes time away from the actual calling so you will not get the guaranteed amount, which you agreed to.
Mid campaign I did suggest that if your data was more targeted to prospects who didn’t already have the service you were offering then the results would have been much better, however you advised us just to keep calling regardless.
I’m sorry if you did not understand but I tried my best to break it down for you and reported back to you on a daily basis. At the end of the campaign I also offered some free hours to help you out and some helpful suggestions for your marketing going forwards.
