I'm not impressed because:
1. 49 calls were made/documented instead of 50 (as agreed)
2. 22% of calls are marked as: rang out, answerphone or engaged
3. All calls are documented as if they were made at the same time. It's not big deal but attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference
4. Sarah didn't manage to get any appointments.

Many thanks for the feedback, I’m sorry this service did not meet with your expectations, however I am very clear in the services I advertise and the results I guarantee.
1. 51 calls were actually made and documented, which is over the agreed amount of 50 (please see lines 23 and 47).
2. I never guarantee I will get through to each call I make, as unfortunately, I don’t have control over businesses that are engaged or have an answerphone, or just don’t answer. I can only retry calling within the time-frame
3. It was never agreed that I would / or do offer the facility to document the specific time that each call is made.
4. 5 leads were generated and I never guarantee that I generate appointments, and confirmed this matter with you personally to ensure that you were clear on it beforehand.
I have offered advice that different forms of marketing maybe more suited to the nature of your business, which is all I can do. Wishing you good luck for your business for the future.
I need to create appointments with hotels, bars, clubs and pubs.
