    With over 35 years experience of running businesses profitably in a huge range of industry sectors Roy has a rare insight that brings a raw commercialism to any project.

    Sales, selling and marketing are at the core of his skills and these are applied in all situations as without sales and profit any business is doomed.

    Having worked in the ecommerce industry since the early nineties, the dot com boom at the end of that decade gave Roy a deep interest in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and he has worked with many companies to build this key part of their business model through his business Alloy CRM.

    He has considerable experience of setting up and working with most of the major software applications to enable CRM and works hard to ensure that they are sales and profit, rather than IT, led.

    More recently specialising in Search Engine Marketing, Roy has worked with a number of businesses, using his Website Profit Program, to increase their Sales and Profit. This is done through a combination of webpage visitor use analysis, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimisation (SEO) and pay per click (PPC) campaigns.
