bad experience.... person unavailable, not answering emails for 5-7 days; job hasn't been done on time, 10 days after deadline, still no report, communication terrible, and work has not been done, I tried messaging few dozen times, I got answer, after several days, confirming, that it will be delivered, and than again - person disappears for another week, and I can see she is online, just ignoring my emails/messages.... I lost over 5 weeks of time, when I could hire reliable person to do work.... very unhappy, as I need to start to look for another person/company, and lost time when you do SEO is something you cannot afford...

After some delays, a lot of work was done to improve the ranking of the page. I look forward to more consistent communication and timely completion of tasks

Initial engagement shows that she is very good at the job but apparently she just doesn't have time for my project. Since January 19, I have only received an initial SEO report. I followed up on February on February 09 and she asked me to wait for a week. The week came and went. On February 20 she said there was death in the family that dalayed her and that she needed 10 days to work on the project and report results. I felt so sorry for her and I gave her the 10 days but never heard back. Today is March 8 and still no feedback. I have wasted so much time with the provider and I have now run out patience.

Rina did as promised and got my website to a high positiion on google. Would recommend.
