If you enjoy surprises, you've found the right place.
1. The communication was poor. If you don't mind waiting a couple of days for replies, this might not bother you.
2. Before placing my order, I shared my press release text and wasn't informed it needed edits. However, once I paid, I was told my text required revisions.
3. After the distribution was completed, I discovered all the backlinks were not direct. They all redirected through a third-party domain. This was a surprise to me. I was told I should have asked about this beforehand.
The only positive aspect was that the distribution did occur.
