I believe that getting 4 sales and 5 requests for samples after speaking to just 18 decision makers in the first few hours of the project is nothing to be disappointed about. I have been working in sales for 20 years, I understand the process. You can sell to someone who is not there or does not answer the phone. I think your expectations were unrealistic.
One of you selling points was that your product was the cheapest on the market. If you look at my feedback from the prospects I spoke to you will see that you are not.
