North Charleston, SC, USI paid for a service of Cv and cover letter and you only delivered she only delivered a Cv which I am not happy with. How does that work? The Cv was just copy and pasted and as a result some of the job responsibility were not relevant to my profession.so I voiced my concerns about maybe correcting the Cv and enquired about the cover letter which I never received this is the answer I got as a response
“This is what I have provided and I strongly believe that it is improving on the original. I simply forgot to attach the Cover Letter but it is completed. I however will not be releasing it until the invoice is paid as I believe you never had any intention of paying. If you pay the invoice I will send the cover letter.”
A threat for something I paid for .I believe all she had to do is apologise for forgetting to attach the cover letter and not accuse me and withhold work that I paid for .
THIS JUST GOES ON TO SHOW IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU ARE A LEVEL 5 customer service was very poor .Katie B.
There is very little truth to this review. This client was ridiculous and clearly didn't understand the product they had bought. It was for a one off rewrite as clearly stated. I got it as close to perfect as I could based on the information supplied. As I am not psychic, I obviously misinterpreted a few minor points which could have easily been removed by the buyer. They even said when they bought the Hourlie that they had had their CV redrafted before and were not happy with it, so it seems no writer can please this person. As you can see from the quote above, I was reasonable and had every reason to believe that they simply had no intention of paying.
