City of London, GBAn absolute SCAM. This provider promised a result, took my money, and then ran. I tried repeatedly to communicate with the provider to find a solution - I was first ignored, then pushed away, finally with the provider claiming he was unable to fulfill the contract, even though I had made payment. I was extremely patient and gave the provider many chances to find a solution, but all I received were weak excuses, and finally a 'I have taken your money - now go away' attitude. I have lost a considerable amount of time, energy and money with this Hourlie, and I strongly recommend that you avoid doing the same.
